THE BEGINNING OF MY RETURN

Back Where I Belong

March 28th, 2026 became one of the most important days of my life.

In Ukraine, during the opening of KJ FEST UA, I returned to the stage after being away from my professional life for 2 years following a total knee replacement surgery.

In front of more than 300 people jumping together, I felt alive again. I felt that freedom once more — the freedom I only find through music, movement, and the energy of the stage. That moment was not about proving anything to anyone… it was for myself. A reminder that I never gave up, and that every moment of pain, effort, and struggle was worth it.

That day showed me once again that when someone truly fights for what they love, they will always find a way back.

I want to sincerely thank Oxana Moshescu and Lika Fitdance Studio for making me part of such an incredible festival, organized with amazing quality and professionalism.

The event included Kangoo Jumps rebound boots classes, Balance Functional Board sessions, competitions in both disciplines — where I had the honor to participate as a judge — and also energetic Zumba classes full of passion and positive energy.

After the event, workshops for new instructors were also held, where I had the privilege of doing what I love the most once again: training future instructors as a Kangoo Dance Program trainer.

My comeback was not only about returning to the stage.
It was about finding myself again.
